Let it snow
Hi!
It is shortly to winter now, and hoping to see snow at least this year, I drew my old 'Duck with Hat' in the middle of a snowstorm!
But he doesn't seem very happy to be observed, and he seems to say - What do you have to watch? -

Manca poco ormai all'inverno, e sperando di poter vedere la neve almeno quest'anno, ho disegnato il mio vecchio papero con il cappello nel bel mezzo di una nevicata!
Ma non sembra molto contento di essere osservato, e sembra dire - Cos'hai da guardare? -

Chairs of flowers - Sedie floreali
Chairs of flowers are born from a vision of a photo found by pure chance on the web: in the picture you can saw these vintage chairs painted in white with baskets resting on the seats. Inside of them there are some vases of flowers. The colors were mostly white and purple, and the atmosphere that has been created is one of peace and tranquility. One could not but think of the spring.
I wanted to reproduce the shapes with simple, clean, lines, as if it were a game.
This is especially noticeable on the flowers, created as a child would do, just look for minimalism and simplicity.
I hope you enjoy it.
Le sedie floreali sono nate da una visione di una foto trovata per puro caso nel web: nella foto si vedevano queste sedie vintage dipinte di bianco con poggiate sulle sedute delle ceste con all'interno dei vasi di fiori. I colori erano principalmente il bianco e il viola, e l'atmosfera che si era venuta a creare era di pace e tranquillità. Non si poteva non pensare alla primavera.
Ne ho voluto riprodurre le forme con delle linee semplice, pulite, come se fosse un gioco. Questo si nota principalmente sui fiori, creati come lo farebbe un bambino, proprio per ricercare il minimalismo e la semplicità.
Spero vi piaccia.

Plant (Practice) - Pianta (Esercitazione)
The project that I show you today, is a plant with large green leaves in a glass vase.
The main purpose for which I have committed to do was try to color and draw with a technique different from mine, and that is with lines of color (in this case, pastel) to make different shades without color really.
I discovered this exercise in an old file 'The Art of Design', published by DeAgostini, which did not remember having. The feature that prompted me to want to reproduce it has been the creation of a space with simple lines, without having to create a credible background, that give depth to the entire drawing, that would otherwise be bare and in a certain way 'fake' .

Il progetto che vi mostro oggi, rappresenta una pianta dalle grandi foglie verdi, in un vaso di vetro.
Lo scopo principale per cui mi sono impegnata a farlo è stato cercare di colorare e disegnare con una tecnica diversa dalla mia, e cioè con le linee di colore (in questo caso, pastello), per rendere diverse sfumature senza colorare davvero.
Ho scoperto questo esercizio in un vecchio fascicolo 'L'Arte del Disegno', edito da DeAgostini, che non ricordavo più di avere. La particolarità che mi ha spinto a volerlo riprodurre è stato la creazione di uno spazio con delle semplici linee, senza dover davvero creare uno sfondo credibile, che danno profondità a tutto il disegno, che altrimenti risulterebbe spoglio e in un certo qual modo 'finto'.

Charming Town - Ridente cittadina
Hello everyone!
The next project that I will show you always been part of the lodging 'Husband & Wife' you find here. This also keeps a minimal style but playful that evokes the doodle, so that it is realistic, but also cute.
I thought of creating an imaginary road where there were different types of home, from the most humble to the villa with two floors. Each of them has its own particularity, that is a fence or a balcony. Nature is a common thread among the houses, can never miss, because we know how sad is a city or a country all gray.
I hope you like this minimalist style.

Il prossimo progetto che vi mostrerò fa parte sempre del filone 'Wife&Husband' che trovate qui.
Anche questo mantiene uno stile minimale ma giocoso, che ricorda i doodle, in modo che sia realistico, ma anche simpatico.
Ho pensato di realizzare una strada immaginaria in cui ci fossero diversi tipi di casa, da quella più umile alla villa con due piani. Ognuna di loro ha la propria particolarità, che sia una staccionata o un balcone. La natura è un filo conduttore tra le abitazioni, non può mai mancare, perché sappiamo bene quanto sia triste una città o un paese tutto grigio.
Spero che questo stile minimale vi piaccia.

Wife & Husband - Moglie e marito
Hi everyone!
After several tests, finally I managed to create characters, so to speak, 'doodle'.
First they were handmade and then subsequently made with Photoshop and graphics tablet.
I chose to make the colors minimal (only the redness of the cheeks) for a stylistic reason, to make them as minimal as possible. I tried to keep the lines as smooth as possible and distinguishable from each other, like in a cartoon.
For inspiration I took the idea by the description of the Dursleys family, in the book Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, and then edit them with details of the past and a bit dated.

Dopo varie prove, alla fine sono riuscita a creare dei personaggi, per così dire, 'doodle'.
Per prima cosa sono stati realizzati a mano, e poi successivamente realizzati con Photoshop e tavoletta grafica.
Ho scelto di rendere i colori minimali (solo il rossore delle guance) per un motivo stilistico, per renderli il più minimale possibile. Ho cercato di tenere i tratti il più regolare possibile e distinguibili l'uno dall'altro, come in un cartoon.
Per l'ispirazione ho preso spunto dalla descrizione della famiglia Dursley, nel libro Harry Potter e la pietra filosofale, per poi modificarli con particolari d'altri tempi e un po' datati.
